影響渣漿泵性能的因素
一、葉輪出口直徑D2
    根據(jù)葉片出口速度三角形和式(2-14)泵的基本方程可以得到:當(dāng)D2減小時(shí),u2、012減小,泵的揚(yáng)程也就減小,所以在實(shí)際使用中,常用切割葉輪外徑的方法來改變泵的性能。
二、葉片出口角β2
    增大葉片出口角β2時(shí),vu2增大,泵的揚(yáng)程也會(huì)增大。
三、泵轉(zhuǎn)速n
    當(dāng)改變轉(zhuǎn)速n時(shí);同樣也會(huì)改變u、v.。當(dāng)n降低時(shí),u、v減小,泵的揚(yáng)程也就減小。在實(shí)際使用中,常用改變泵的轉(zhuǎn)速來改變泵的性能。
四、葉片出口寬度b2
    增加葉片出口寬度b2時(shí),從式(2-13)可以看出泵的流量會(huì)增大。

五、葉片出口圓周長度δ2

減小葉片出口圓周的長度δ2時(shí),從式(2-13)看出減小了出口排擠即增大了心,也會(huì)使泵的流量增大。在實(shí)際使用中,我們常在葉片背面銼去一些葉片出口圓周長度,δ2減小,稱葉輪齊口,如圖2- 48所示,也能增加泵的一些流量。流量不變時(shí),能少量提高泵的揚(yáng)程。六、葉輪進(jìn)口直徑D,
