一、 泵振動和噪聲的危害
泵的振動會損壞泵的零件降低泵的壽命，泵的振動會引發(fā)噪聲，給予人們不舒適感，危及人們的身體健康，污染環(huán)境，所以對泵的振動和噪聲應(yīng)子控制。
二、泵的振動和噪聲及防止
1. 泵的振動
轉(zhuǎn)動的泵必然會發(fā)生振動，泵的使用單位對泵的振動提出了不同的要求。例如電廠不管泵的大小、形式、轉(zhuǎn)速高低，要求泵的軸承處的振幅小于0. 08mm。而泵的大小、形式、轉(zhuǎn)速會影響泵的振動大小，所以泵的生產(chǎn)廠是從泵制造能達(dá)到的要求去要求泵的振動大小。目前泵行業(yè)是依據(jù)JB/T 8097《泵的振動測量與評價(jià)方法》來進(jìn)行測量和評價(jià)的( 詳見第八章第五節(jié)“泵的振動測量與評價(jià)”)。標(biāo)準(zhǔn)中規(guī)定了A、B、C、D四個(gè)級別，A為優(yōu)良，B為良好，C為合格，D為不合格，一般在無特殊要求情況下，泵C級即為合格，如果要求較高時(shí)，需在合同中注明要求.渣漿泵廠家
