渣漿泵的型式該如何選擇
泵的型式選擇是根據(jù)泵的性能、安裝要求、介質(zhì)性質(zhì)及使用要求進(jìn)行選擇的。型式選擇也是很重要的，如果選擇不當(dāng)就會(huì)無(wú)法滿足使用安裝要求。
一、從性能選擇泵的型式
(1)當(dāng)揚(yáng)程不是很高(H<150m)，比轉(zhuǎn)速n=30~280時(shí)，可選澤單級(jí)單吸的離心泵。
(2)當(dāng)揚(yáng)程較高的情況下H大于50m，可考慮選用多級(jí)離心泵，當(dāng)H大于150時(shí)，一般需選用多級(jí)離心泵。
(3)當(dāng)流量較大情況下宜選用雙吸離心泵。
(4)當(dāng)揚(yáng)程較低(5~20m)，流量又較大，比轉(zhuǎn)速ns=250~600時(shí)可考慮選用混流泵。
(5)當(dāng)揚(yáng)整很低(H 10m)而流量又很大(Q大于1000m3/h)，比轉(zhuǎn)速ns=600-2000時(shí)應(yīng)考慮選用軸流泵。
(6)當(dāng)流量很小，揚(yáng)程很高的情況下，可選用旋渦泵或部分流泵。
需要說(shuō)明的是，以上給出的流量、揚(yáng)程范圍值，僅是大致的范圍值，因流量大的泵揚(yáng)程可以高些,而流量小的泵揚(yáng)程就較低些,同時(shí)就是同樣流量揚(yáng)程值也可以選擇不同型式的泵，需要根據(jù)樣本上的參數(shù)來(lái)確定。 渣漿泵廠家
