圖5-18所示為金屬迷宮密封，圖5-19 所示為炭精迷宮密封。它們是由密封片與軸組成微小間隙，液體通過間隙時(shí)，由于節(jié)流作用產(chǎn)生壓力降低，從而達(dá)到密封目的。
3.螺旋密封
如圖5-20所示，它是利用螺旋原理，當(dāng)液體介質(zhì)沿泄漏間隙滲漏時(shí)，借助螺旋作用將液體介質(zhì)反推回去，達(dá)到密封作用，螺旋密封為單向密封，所以要注意螺旋的旋向和轉(zhuǎn)動方向，使液體反推。如軸的旋轉(zhuǎn)方向是從右向左看為順時(shí)針方向，則液體介質(zhì)與殼體的摩擦力F為逆時(shí)針方向，而摩擦力F在該右螺紋的螺旋線上的分力A向右，故液體介質(zhì)被推向右方。為了增加密封效果，在殼體上也開有螺紋槽，與軸上螺紋相反，并采用多頭螺紋，密封效果會更好些。
螺旋密封系無接觸式密封，其結(jié)構(gòu)簡單，制造安裝要求精度低，維修方便，使用壽命長，特別適用于高溫、深冷、腐蝕性、高黏度、有顆粒的液體中，但螺紋密封達(dá)到完全密封比較困難，會有一定的泄漏量，并且只能使用在壓力較低的地方(p<1. 0MPa)。螺旋密封為動密封，停泵時(shí)不能起密封作用，所以需要與停機(jī)密封配合使用，或作為輔助密封與其他軸封配合使用。渣漿泵廠家

3. Screw seal
As shown in Fig. 5-20, it is based on the principle of screw. When the liquid medium leaks along the leakage gap, it reverses the liquid medium with the help of the screw function to achieve the sealing function. The screw seal is a one-way seal, so pay attention to the screw direction and rotation direction to make the liquid reversely push. If the rotation direction of the shaft is clockwise from right to left, the friction force F between the liquid medium and the shell is counterclockwise, and the component a of the friction force F on the helix of the right thread is to the right, so the liquid medium is pushed to the right. In order to increase the sealing effect, a threaded groove is also opened on the shell, which is opposite to the thread on the shaft, and multiple threads are used, so the sealing effect will be better.
Screw seal is a non-contact seal, which has simple structure, low precision in manufacturing and installation, convenient maintenance and long service life. It is especially suitable for high temperature, deep cooling, corrosive, high viscosity and granular liquid. However, it is difficult for screw seal to achieve complete sealing, and there will be a certain amount of leakage, and it can only be used in the place with low pressure (P < 1.0MPa). The screw seal is a dynamic seal, which can not play a sealing role when the pump is stopped, so it needs to be used together with the stop seal, or as an auxiliary seal with other shaft seals.
